We received this beauty when it was still a snowplough from the Swiss Alps, complete with snow chains on the wheels. It had been sitting for over 20 years, but just for fun, we decided to see if it would start since the engine was going to be taken out anyway. To our surprise, after checking a few things, it fired right up and idled like it had just been parked yesterday! It was heavily used and there wasn't a straight panel on it. This is just one of those examples of how these cars carry their story with them. Everybody has got a story to tell. So do these cars and this particular one had it all.
For a while, it became our very own shop truck, and we loved driving it around. We took it on trips into the woods and just made the best memories with it. Cruising miles uphill through a river to haul wood for a fire. But also arrive in style when you park it in the city centre for a fancy diner.
These days, the streets of Hamburg look a lot cooler with this bad boy cruising through!
